Node-Red won't start after installing #3

After installing the node using : npm install node-red-contrib-audiostream-to-speaker when I use node-red command to start node-red it stay stuck at the "Loading palette nodes" state. I if uninstall the node it start again correctly.

System info :
Node-RED version: v0.18.7
Node.js version: v8.11.3
Windows_NT 10.0.14393 x64 LE

could you please give me more details about the issue ?

Seems to be the wrong node....
