Here's the error:
Unable to link resouces: The datastream "xml" referenced in the RDF datastream "RELS-INT" on test:1000010143 did not exist at 2012-06-01T20:24:21.831Z!

Looking at the object, it looks like the datastreams were created at the following times:
RELS-INT: 2012-06-01T20:24:21.831Z
xml: 2012-06-01T20:24:21.832Z

So the message is technically correct, but we should be more lenient.

I'll get a fix in to create a placeholder for the datastream and log a warning in such a case but proceed anyway.
