Verify auto release process works

This issues tracks progress for testing the recently added CI pipeline (GitHub Workflow) - Release. It is expected to automatically run all steps defined in .goreleaser.yml file and generate GitHub release and publish docker images to GitHub Container Registry.

I have tested this and it seems to work correctly.

I pushed new git tag v0.11.0-alpha.3 and Release workflow:

• auto-generated GitHub release (as draft): https://github.com/FDio/govpp/releases/tag/untagged-23b154c9f81802329fe3
• pushed docker image to GitHub Container Registry: https://github.com/FDio/govpp/pkgs/container/govpp/217055179?tag=v0.11.0-alpha.3

Problem is that that Docker Container Package is private only and I cannot change it to Public visibility because the organization (FDio) does not allow this.
