Summary

We're on version 3.2, whose LTS support will end in April '24 (an election year)
https://www.djangoproject.com/download/#supported-versions

Django 4.2 is new and its LTS support will stretch into 2026

Related issues

Action items:

  • Upgrade CG-django-UAA to version 2.1.5

Completion criteria

  • We are now using django 4.2

New version of cg-django-uaa available, this is now unblocked.
