With API being switched to new aggregate tables ( disclosure.dsc_), old tables are not used anymore and needs to be removed via flyway

ofec_sched_a_aggregate_state
ofec_sched_a_aggregate_zip
ofec_sched_b_aggregate_purpose
ofec_sched_b_aggregate_recipient
ofec_sched_b_aggregate_recipient_id

This task is a related to #2784
