What we're after: We recently updated the CMS to use node version 10 because version 8 just went to maintenance mode. We should test upgrading to node v10 in the API as well.

Completion criteria:

  • Research swagger UI and how it uses node
  • Upgrade node to match what we have on FEC-cms
  • Deploy the changes to stage early before we cut the release branch for additional testing (Stage is more stable than dev)
    • Testing split between the developers: Make sure all the endpoints in the API documentation function as expected
    • Run the endpoint walker script
  • Followup ticket (@patphongs is creating and will link here)
