So as to avoid interfering with the finishing process (#72).

at present, scaffolds just aren't viewable during the finishing process -- which isn't, like, horrible, but it'd be nice to have the ability to view them during finishing, for reference.

Maybe make each AGP file's scaffolds change the color of the node border differently? Or just change the node color itself, I guess. In either case, this would let us let the user choose how to differentiate between scaffolds from different AGP files.
