Mastodon has new notification filtering mastodon/mastodon#29366 and does not show filtered notifications to existing clients, which means we have to add UX for that now, or as far as Feditext users are concerned, those notifications don't exist.

And we should stuff it in an unobtrusive location to avoid the UX shortcomings noted in mastodon/mastodon#29723.

This feature is currently undocumented 😑
