there is no simple way of doing overrides with archful srpms #22

dl_pkgs.sh puts SRPMs into repos/$release/$arch/sources and that's it. and mock_wrapper.sh expects you to pass NVR, so it will download it from koji once more (already N+1 times where N is number of arches).

also, user has to manually specify which NVRs are archful... so I think dl_pkgs.sh should automatically regenerate srpms
