Updated entries showing up as new entries?

I see this in Feedbin:

Note the duplicate "boner college" entry, which as far as I can tell is really just an update with the new number of comments. There are not 2 different <item>s in the feed. It only seems to be happening with this one feed though, so maybe the person who runs the feed is doing something wrong?

This is a bug in the Feedzirra parser used by Feedbin. When an podcast (iTunes) feed is read it loses the post’s unique ID and thus can’t detect duplicates.
