在 Windows 下，推荐使用MinGW编译：

1.运行/dacrs/windowshell/start.bat脚本,安装window版本的库文件。

2.运行/dacrs/autogen-dacrs-man.sh dacrs-d dacrs-test dacrs-ptest 开始编译。

linux ubuntu系统：

1.运行/dacrs/linux_shell/linux.sh脚本。

2.运行/dacrs/autogen-dacrs-man.sh dacrs-d dacrs-test dacrs-ptest 开始编译。
