Local tracks have an issue with producing their repr.

tracks = spotify.playlist_tracks('10zlxJ3uV3dm7gJZEMf4ks')
print(repr(tracks.items[2].track))

The above produces an error: AttributeError: type object 'EmptyList' has no attribute '__args__'.
