It would be helpful if error messages would set clear expectations and detail why a certain error was produced. This way it would be more obvious what went wrong. For example, when parsing url parameters, the KeyError merely states that Parameter ... not available!. It could instead read: Parameter ... not in passed URI! or URI contains no parameter ...!
