I'm using ROS Kinetic with Ubuntu 16.04 and compiled using the process described here (the one in the readme wouldn't work). The GUI appeared, but as soon as I started streaming data from the bag, it crashed with:
what(): Time is out of dual 32-bit range
This indicates it could be a problem with PCL (I'm using 1.8).
