VSCode 1.21.1 (1.21.1)
PHP Intellisense 2.3.0

When using the Find All References function it is extremely slow, just displaying "Loading...". I stopped measuring after a minute elapsed. I am completely ignoring that feature now, and just search for the function name, for example, because that's quicker.
