undesirable: graph centered on node move #2

Had one zoomed and positioned the graph, then moved a node, the graph is again "centered" and zooms back out, which is undesirable.

There also appears to be no needed for the notification positions stored and graph centred

Hi @tobibeer,

the graph will now only change its positions if the user changes the positions of an external graph bound to the same view. The graph in which you change the positions will not reload or centerize.

However I left the notification "position saved" for now because I am not sure if users intuitively understand that the position is also stored immediately. Otherwise he/she might search a save button.
