freemdict虽然国内可以直连，但只有美国IP

It appears that we should keep it for the sake of achieving the fastest resolution speed:

~# dig freemdict.com NS +short
ns8.alidns.com.
ns7.alidns.com.

Just a quick clarification, this repository is intended for DNS purposes not proxy services :)
