No window borders (on linux ?)

Hi. I'm using arch linux and the program works like a charm. except that, as the pic shows, there's no window borders. so there's no way to move the window around, no way to reduce it,...

Is it a normal behavior? Am I missing something? All the other electron programs i have works perfectly...

I just noticed the window can be moved using the bottom bar. (?!) It still looks weird that there's no minimum border or something.
