I am working on the following before merging development and master branches:

  • hisat2 and stringtie packages need to be updated on development branch
  • The final gem-merge job seems to be running before hisat2 and stringtie jobs have finished on the development branch, causing empty or corrupted output
  • Need to ensure that software dependencies are compatible with EL7 update on login02 and login03
