Hi, so I'm trying to improve my laptop's battery life on Linux and one of the tools that seems to be recommended quite a lot is Powertop. But there's one issue I'm having with it. I'm running in Wayland as it seems to deal better with external monitor, especially with NVIDIA. But calibration with powertop in Wayland session won't work, I get this error.
Authorization required, but no authorization protocol specified /usr/bin/xset: unable to open display ":0"
In X11 session it works fine, but I would like to stay on Wayland.
