Describe the bug
The Feren OS Tour currently crashes on launch in Build 1.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Launch Tour

Expected behavior
Tour will appear and function as appropriate.

Maybe we broke it when we removed Theme Colouriser?
