Move a tab from a session to another

Is it possible do this ? It would be an equivalent to the "Move to group" feature of Firefox's Groups.

It is possible to add the current tab to a session. If you want it deleted from one session before it's added to another, you could implement dragging favicons around the options page to move between sessions.
