css支持异步和其他资源进入resouceMap？ #30

就行这个#15 说的那样，加include解决动态加载的问题，

但是发现所有的异步css文件默认合并倒页面去了，有没有配置能让异步的css不出现在页面中，只出现在resouceMap中？

如果能有如下功能就更好了（：
1：css支持异步，能进入resouceMap
2：其他文件如img能加入resouceMap，通过属性配置（如给img加个inSouceMap属性……）
