如果依赖列表中包含.css文件，能否作为css文件加载？ #6

目前版本没有区分。都是当作JS加载。导致出错

@eggao 当初实现mod.js的时候，考虑到异步css过来以后有可能会导致闪屏等情况。在后端解析map.json的时候就把所有依赖的css都集中起来，以同步的方式在head进行加载。保证require.resouceMap中无css出现。

不知你是用何种语言解析了map.json。
