Same source symbology causing issues with multiple RAMP instances

Possible related/similar to issue: #3893 and PR: #3897

When using a web page with multiple instances of RAMP and the same layer source on them, expanding symbology through the config is causing problems with some expanding and some not.

Initial thought is that it seems related to elements being created with the same name, might need to append a map ID to each symbol/element to avoid this situation.

Needs more testing to figure out exactly what's causing the problem and the best solution.
