Its clearly a category

Intro text says "AR/YDIN - Toimenpiteen tyyppi" use: procedure.code

Examples have it right

So the right fix is to modify the table on page https://hl7.fi/fhir/finnish-base-profiles/StructureDefinition-fi-base-procedure.html and have the Use column state Procedure.category.coding? Or should we just use a shorter expression in that column?
