If possible, we should also check the health of the resources that are deployed through the managed resource. This can be done by implementing a healthcheck controller like for example: https://github.com/gardener/gardener-extension-shoot-lakom-service/blob/main/pkg/controller/healthcheck/add.go

Then we should also check if the accounting-exporter has issues sending reports.
