@georgeslabreche I just generated a new atlas in the same area with OpenStreetMap tiles and it is working fine (see here), would you mind trying again?

Intriguing, I can also access the expected properly rendered PDFs using the URLs from your document:

Here what the workflow looks like on my end at coordinates -23.00923, -403.30987:

I get the same results whether I am logged in or not and in the Microsoft Edge browser. The only environment difference I can think of is that we are using newly registered users.
