Martin Vinck has developed a nice set of functions for spike data. These should be integrated into fieldtrip.
The following steps have been don
- create svn account (done)
- add marvin to fieldtrip-dev (done)
- test and start to use svn (done)
- add functions (done)
- check code duplication (done)
- check reference doc, i.e. "help functionname" (done)
- move to fieldtrip/contrib/spike
The following steps still need some wor
- write documentation on FieldTrip wiki, e.g., tutorial
- announce on mailing list
