FiFly Redistributable Software License

Version 1.0

Preamble

This license is a modified version of the MIT License and the BSD 3-Clause License, tailored to the specific needs of FiFly Pty Ltd. This license governs the use, distribution, and modification of the software and source code associated with FiFly products.

License Terms

  1. Grant of License:

    Subject to the terms and conditions of this license, FiFly Pty Ltd ("Licensor") grants you ("Licensee") a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute the software and source code, provided that the following conditions are met:

    Neither the contributors nor the copyright holders of the software shall be liable for any damages, including but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, arising from the use, distribution, or modification of the software.
