Make sure to look at operating system level behavior to ensure this is consistent everywhere before implementing, but instead of
data-numeric-input-nav-disableddisabling up/down arrows wholesale, make them move the cursor to the start or the end of the text input field.Suggestion from @mp-jwolkerstorfer on #69
