For example:

are treated as two separate URLs.

If #11 is implemented, might complicate things with CSS using :target to toggle visibility.

I’m going to change my mind and close this one—keep the URLs separate to avoid with old routing stuff and sites using :target or otherwise changing content based on hashes.
