We made a PR to replace the default library within Filament to use Choices.js. Also, we refactored lots of views to reduce repetition between our packages.

I've tested these changes in my own apps, but if some people would also install the feature/belongstoselect-modal-create branch of Filament (follow contributing instructions in the README) and test it out, that would be great! Main things to test:
open select/multiselect dropdowns and check options load
click on select/multiselect option and check that it gets selected
unselect select / multiselect option
search for options
check your table actions / bulk actions get rendered and executed correctly
If you hit any problems, please open an issue!
