Description
If the file path contains non-latin characters (for example, Cyrillic), then the file preview (jpeg) does not work.
Apparently you need to use something like Urlencode.

I also encountered the same problem. If the path contains chinese word, it cannot be previewed. It should be used encodeURI，not escape
