User logging for downloads and share downloads #2690

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
It would be nice to have to be able to see what users are downloading. I have Filebrowser active, and it is impossible to see if and what users are downloading, or which shared files have been downloaded.

Describe the solution you'd like
either logging it to a file or storing that in the DB to be viewed

Describe alternatives you've considered
As far as I know, there is no possibility at the moment

Definitely need this feature!! As of now there is no way to see what the history of the files/folders are? How many times downloaded, what user downloaded the file, etc.
