What

Some of the paych commands are confusingly named and other useful commands are missing

  1. lotus paych get is very confusingly named. In fact, it adds funds to the channel or creates a new one. It should be named lotus paych add-funds
  2. Now that we have PayChAvailableFunds on the API, it would be nice to access this data with lotus paych status
