Feature: Show pinned files on the recent files widget

What feature or improvement do you think would benefit Files?

File Explorer has a "favorites" widget on the homepage which displays pinned files, we should do the same but instead of a separate widget, we should display them at the top of the recent files widget with an icon to indicate they are pinned.

Requirements

• This proposal will display pinned files at the top of the recent files widget
• Pinned files will have an icon indicating they are pinned
• Right clicking a file in the widget will display an option to pin/unpin the file

So this means removing them from quick access widget and adding them to quick access? Or have them in both?

Quick access widget is for folders, this is for files

@hecksmosis do you want to give this a try? I don't think this feature is available on Windows 10 so we might need some extra logic to disable the feature there.
