Bug: Any file operation with Files is stuck at 0%

Description

Whether I'm copying, deleting, moving or compressing, the progress bar does not move, claiming it's processing the request. Furthermore, if I try to cancel the operation, it just sit there in cancelling state forever. I have tried waiting for multiple days for both of them to start doing something and to cancel, however nothing seems to move

Steps To Reproduce

1. Open Files
2. Try to copy/move/remove a file
3. Issue occurs

Thanks for the report, Can you close Files from the system tray and try doing it in Windows File Explorer

It works completely fine in explorer, with or without Files running, restarting FIles also does not help, nor does restarting explorer or the computer entirely

Is this with a specific to and from location or any?

It's any location and/or file from what I have tried
