It would be nice to be able to save a codeblock, then execute it somewhere else via the command palette or a hotkey.

Vault bindings would contain the file it was executed over, and also the selected text range. This way you could call scripts to operate over text selections.

A cool way to save/invoke this codeblocks is through real-time-strategy game grouping commands:

  • cmd/ctrl + 1 = execute codeblock on slot 1
  • cmd/ctrl + shift + 1 = save on slot 1
