On macOS (14.1.1), if one removes the .app manually, it's not possible to then remove the PWA from the GUI. You get this error: Failed to uninstall system integration: Failed to remove application bundle: No such file or directory (os error 2)

Create a PWA
Delete the .app
Try to delete PWA from Firefox
