Improve Performance of Alignment step by having a smaller processing area #5

The user should be able to specify a rectangle processing area so that the alignment only looks at that area to determine the transformation matrices. The actual transformation still occurs over the full image. And then the image similarity will also be only over the processing area

The processing area box is available now. It doesn't really help with performance, but it does add another option to better align an image if there are parts of the video which are not moving uniformly.
