Publish on Maven Central

Firstly thanks for this library!

For the last 24+ hours jitpack went down, which broke the build pipeline for apps using fingerprintjs-android.

Have you considered publishing on a more reputable repository such as Maven Central, instead of just jitpack?

Hey! Yes, that was a major outage. We have our own maven repository, we decided to migrate the library there after the holidays. I'll close the issue when it's completed.
