Suggestion/Concern

Once a theme is generated it is somewhat static requiring another theme to be configured if support requirements change to accomodate user or application needs.

Proposed Solution

Utilize the Theme Builder to switch between themes for a given interface. Examples include switching a design system theme from WCAG AA to AAA.

Switching between themes can be done in the web app by selecting theme name or appropriate css classes. We don't currently have a AAA theme, but have an issue that addresses it. See #347.
