The goal of this issue is to document initial research on the steps that would be needed to begin with an existing design system, and replicate or import an existing design system in Theme Builder:

• Use an existing design system potentially based on one of these, or other existing design system, and find a way to replicate / incorporate / integrate Theme Builder to evaluate and improve accessibility.

Proposed Solution

Document the steps that were taken, along with your observations and ideas for improving the process for 'BYOD' (Bring Your Own Design-system) to Theme Builder. Provide your observations and suggestions as comments on this issue for consideration by the Theme Builder core maintainers.

Hi! @PaulaPaul by replicating you meant to say that we create a theme in specific design system theme and then export that .json file from that design system theme builder to this theme builder? And the steps to be taken for proper importing that design system? Example: you build design system from material-theme-builder and export as a json file to be imported to the a11y-theme-builder ??
