Regarding tooling to create/train/expand an Open Source LLM for FSI, Red Hat recently released InstructLab AKA "ilab", a Command-Line Interface (CLI) tool to perform the following actions:

  1. Download a pre-trained Large Language Model (LLM).
  2. Chat with the LLM and expand its training set

More details available in the repo and here but I would be more than happy to talk about it to the SIG
