发生问题在于使用脚本文件上传打包后的文件的时候，会发生一个这样的问题,可以参考一下这个issue,同时上传的脚本文件为uploadQiniu.js

目前有的解决方案就是先暂时不对路由这些文件进行懒加载，因为我发现懒加载打包出来的一些css文件会出现issue上面的问题，但是如果取消懒加载就是可以能够比较好的进行文件传送。
