Issue

We currently don't have a very good local development workflow for the SDK.

I'd like to add some of the following:

Implementation of webpack-dev-server
Better gulp dev experience (integrated with the above point?)
- Configurable Node/Browser env
- Quicker browser runs (karma fresh boot is super slow)
Integration with a local firebase server implementation (see FR: Local development server #34) (use something like https://github.com/urish/firebase-server?)
