Recurring transactions

I'm working on a new layout for Firefly III. This layout, "v2", is built using Alpine JS and requires both new API-endpoints as well as a lot of code. This issue tracks the remaining work and tasks.

The following tasks are still open for this particular area of work (see the title of this issue):

• Include Recurring split transactions, split transfers #4401
• List of recurring transactions that's clear but not overly complex.
• Edit / create / delete options
• Also needs the ability to add multiple (split) recurrences
• Needs ability to create multiple date/time schedules.
• Needs the option to skip a calculated moment and not create it (API)
• Needs the option to create transaction.
• Needs the option to create transaction instead of a transaction planned on moment X.

The work is tracked in the develop-branch. You can also run this development version using Docker via the :develop label.
