In Firefox 72 (now in DevEdition), the debugger now offers users a way to break when a given variable is being accessed. This is a very useful debugger feature that should be communicated about more.
I'm interested in this. What's the next step to do?
I found that demo videos require an introduction but it contains the old logo, should it be added to the video?
Thanks @Skatox for wanting to help, this is great!
I think the next step is to start working on the demo itself. So creating (or using) a web page that makes it easy to show what the feature does. Deciding on the steps for the demo, and then recording it!
Usually adding text on the video to make the main steps really obvious tend to help. And also little visual cues to help see where to click, etc.
I think Screenflow does this well if you happen to have it. On Mac, the QuickTime screen recorder works nicely too I think.
There's a bunch of advices here that might help: https://github.com/firefox-devtools/demos/blob/master/making-demos.md
And, you're right, that intro video is totally outdated. Don't worry about it for now, let's work on a demo without it. In parallel, I'll try to get something new if I can.

You can find Miriam's article about on Hacks here.
It would be great to create a quick screencast demo about it so it can be communicated even more widely by people.
