problems with cell centered slices ore vector slices when they are on a mesh boundary #1141

when a cell centered slice file is specified on a mesh boundary, smokeview draw extra slices in strange locations.

by mesh boundary, I mean the interface where two meshes touch

try smokeview posted here

you're cell centered slice file is specified on a mesh boundary. when this happens, fds will output two slice files one slice for the set of meshes on each side of the mesh boundary. smokeview should now gives entries for each slice file.
